LG india Mumbai Branch Service is another level of pathetic with no response or upholding any commitment that has been given, further my senior parents have been made to repeatedly be after them without them even getting back on simple things, they have ensured my family is harrased and distraught by providing pathetic service and attitude with which things were dealt with.They refused to provide, all the things that were asked for that will prove that LG is providing sub standard part and providing poor quality also they refuse to escalate the problem to anyone with competence and fail to provide the contact details of GM customer service, why is he not reachable for the customer what is his JOB.
