[Resolved] LG Electronic India — LG 42 3D Tv Faulty Product | |||
Sir, I have bought a LG 3D TV Model No.42LB6500 in the month of October. But Within 3 months i am facing a serious issue in the product. When i have called the customer care they have book a complaint and your service people have attended and told that we need to change the Mother board. In the earlier stage i have not allowed them to change the board. I have asked for an replacement but, the service people told me that as per the company policy they could not able to do the replacement. Then finally i have accepted to change the mother board. But after changing the motherboard also the problem has not been solved and now they r telling us to change the Control Panel. But this time i have not allowed the service people to do it. I requested them to give me replacement of my TV. But they asked me to speak with the ASM, chennai. I have spoke to that person, he asked me to message the detail of the compilation's. I have messaged him the details and waited for one week, but there is no response. And again i have contacted the ASM and asked about the status. After waiting for more the 3 week the ASM repeating the same dialogue. Kindly help me in this matter. I have spent more than 70, 000Rs. and feeling upset. within 3 months i have faced a lot of problems in this and i am totally disappoint with the product and the customer care people.
