I Mr. Sanjay Ghosh, resident of Bangalore, India, I have logged a complaint with LG customer care on 6.6.2015 regarding my refrigerator cooling is not there. LG logged my complaint and the number is RNA[protected]. LG technician visits my residence on 7.6.15 & closes the complaint.
I call back LG customer care enquiring why they have closed my complaint without my knowledge. Customer care says they will revert back.
I keep following up until on 7.7.2015 customer care connects call to Mr. Ashok, Area sales manager in KH Road, Bangalore.
Mr. Ashok stated over con call that;
a). Spare is not available for my refrigerator,
b). No compensation will be given as the product is over 5 years,
c). Company has stopped manufacturing the spare,
d). No service will be provided by LG as company has stopped manufacturing spare,
In view of the above I would request to the authority to bring such manufacturer to task as this is caused a lot of mental agony & harassment for following up and not getting any response. For me the product which I bought for Rs. 25 K is of no value.
I been a person of middle income causes a big hole in my pocket due to this incidence.
