LG Electronics — 32lj522d new led tv showing horizontal lines on all channels

Have purchased lg 32lj522d led tv on 9th april 2018 from chawla electronic, tarn taran 143401, punjab and its showing horizontal line on screen for all channels from day one, lg personals asked to change cables and set top box but after changing same still issue same and lg guys not responding properly. Need replacement of same as its defective peace

I called to lg service for the water leakage complaint. But I received third party service. They told we work in lg but font have time to wear uniform.so they said gas is low n told told to refill they took 1400 n told service they cleaned outside with cloth n took 700 total they charged 2100. [censored] service
