This is to inform you that i had purchase an ac last year in aug 19 but same is not cooling properly actually room temperature is not gone down even in 16 degree celsius. Many service executive comes but the actual problem is not found by any executive. Request you to please arrange a good service executive with full authority to check deeply what is the issue. Otherwise it is worst product for me. I am a using lg products from last 15 year but this is the worst product for me if the problem is not resolved.
