My out of warranty, lg ac suddenly malfunctioned and we booked a support ticket.
Engineer came next day and said pcb has gone and needs to be replaced.
After repeated following up, they replaced it and charged us for the same. Till the time engineer was present it was working.
After a couple of hours the same problem reoccurred.
We again lodged a complaint next day and now true colour of company came in front. For 4 days no one even bothered to call least come. And on calling service centre, now either some other part is being said faulty or they are not ready to admit that their support is not over for first complaint as the problem has not been solved.
We are now running from pillar to post to get the same repaired but no support from company is being extended. Was this information helpful? |
