[Resolved] LG Electronics — ac service on new ac | |||
I bought lg ac in last april 2018. I was told that i would be getting 2 or 3 free services for the first year which i didnt and nobody called me asking for service so far. I was not bothered about it as far my ac worked. Now i have some issues with my ac so called the customer care to book a service. They told me that the service technician will contact me within 24hrs. It is more than 2 days now and no one contacted me so far. Can i have this addressed asap.
