[Resolved] LG Electronics — Air conditioner ch 32 error and irresponsible response from service center person | |||
I just bought lg a/c which was installed on monday 10/04/17 and it worked for one night. Yesterday it stopped working all the hard earned money and effort is waste in few hours. I tried calling up to customer care and installed person to come and rectify it, but they didn't even respond. Towards end of they day they call and says they have shortage of technician so they can send only next day. I want if they have shortage of technician and they were not able to give proper service why are they selling the product in first place. I bought the a/c from m/s. Rathna fan house, t. Nagar, chennai, tamilnadu, india. I will not definite recommend lg product and place i bought to any of my friends and families, moreover i will tell them not to buy any lg product from that place. If you want i can give you my invoice number and contact details, if you are thinking this is fake message. Hope this reaches to some responsible person in lg.
