Contacted lg on 13th december in regards to a air conditioning unit not working.
They informed that they require certain information such as the code on the air conditioning unit, the proof of warranty.
Once the supporting documents were sent there was no response from lg.
Until i made a phone call. It has been over 2 weeks i have spoken to countless of people such as oliver, june, kirby who never had any answers to resolve my issue. I was told by kirby that i would be receiving a call from the manager on monday 24th december, 2018. No calls were received. I have contacted lg today thursday 27th december only to be told that this matter has been escalated to head office on monday.
It is ridiculous that after 2 weeks i am still waiting for a response regarding a repair for the air conditioning unit even with providing all the supporting documents. It has a 5 year warranty.
Each and every time i have contacted there were no answers given by customer care representatives, no one is aware of what is happening. They read the notes but no one actually processes the issue of the customer.
I don't understand the purpose of the workers there. Answering phones and reading notes all day telling me what i have provided, but no one actually done anything about it.
This is an urgent matter as the temperatures are very high (High 30's) and no one is taking any responsibility to call and organise a repair date.
This company shows no urgency at all and very poor customer service. No one follows up on anything. Was this information helpful? |
