In the Year 2014, I have purchased an LG Product BH9530TW. In 7 years, I am experiencing a malfunction in the device. The Device was a High-end Model and was believed It will deliver the best rest of my lifetime.
However, It doesn't meet out my basic expectation.
RNP[protected] has been raised to repair the issue. LG doesn't even care about the product they sell. A third party is handling the case and no proper response from the LG Area Manager.
This sort of approach makes me annoying and loosing my huge money invested in an unworthy product. Was this information helpful? |
It has been fixed and started troubling me in another way. B-ray CD/DVD drive is not ejecting the disc properly.
I am waiting for an update from the Coimbatore HO. I was asked to provide a Bill copy of the purchase and it has been sent over Whats app.
