LG Service is very bad in Sector 14 Gurgaon. I have LG flat tv and before six months I faced a problem in the start of Lg TV.
My TV has a problem that while doing switch on TV is not starting. It take 45 minutes to show the screen after starting TV and take another 15 minutes to speak (till now tv was running without sound).
I logged multiple service tickets to LG Customer care. Every time engineer visited...

I have LG split AC 1ton in my house. In May month there is some issue with the AC and not functioning at all.We complained to the LG customer care. They checked and said that there is some fault with the compressor. Again after 1 week compressor technicians came home and taken up for service in June 14 2012. I Purchased Refrigerator on 23-Aug-2010 from Bansal Electronic, gurgaon, Invoive# 37959. Within a six month i found defect in door closing system in lower part.Actually it is two door system. I reported my complaint on 20th may, 2012 that my AC is not going below some temperature(23 C) even after running it for 3-4 hours in night and hence outer unit never stops.
Service engineers came twice at my home, run it for 1/2 hrs and concluded that every thing is fine and left. No body tried to stay for longer time and tried to simulate my case.
Then after that time, for another 1 month, no news from them at all. No body...
