I Keshav singh chauhan had purchase a washing machine fully MODEL- WF-585SPD top load in 2002.
and i face a problem in it from last 8 months. i complaint for that problem.
The technician came and resolve that problem and make a bill of Rs-3,500 after resolving the problem.
but after 2 months it have same problem with harsh noise.

I had also lodged complaints thrice & have found service group's attitude as lousy towards the complaints . Spares availability has been a serious concern.
My washing machine would have been thrown away 4 years back if I had depended on them for a simple spring which had got damaged during transportation.
Now again one spring has got damaged, I had lodged the online complaint & they have already closed it saying...

i AM HAVING A REFRIGERATOR OF LG (GR-S392QLC, & THE SAME IS UNDER AMC FROM 19/03/2009 TO 18/03/2012. IT IS HAVING A CRONIC COOLING PROBLEM.
