[Resolved] LG Electronics — Bad customer service time to switch | |||
Really bad customer service. Got Lg smart tv physical damage on screen. Had complaint on Tollfree to which thy send an engineer to check at my place. He took 300 rs as visiting charge to check fault and confirmed that only display is issue. He asked us to get it replaced for 17000/- which we did. But after replacing display it was showing pink lines on our display to which we complaint Lg again within 2 days. And again same engineer visited at our place and now he is saying motherboard need to be replaced to which another 5000 rs is expense. Which comes to total of 22000 + checking charge of 300 (were only display was problem). It as really disappointing as if I would have went for another tv with buyback it would have been much better deal for us with a year of warrenty for new tv. Now we are stuck and we are not getting any response from Lg regarding same from past 2 weeks even after launching complaints. It's really frustrating and feels like cheated from company. I m using Lg product like washing machine, refrigerator from past 10 yrs and belived it to be best. But feel like time to switch with better company. Was this information helpful? | |||
