LG Electronics — Bad hardware and even worse after sales | |||
I bought an LG split ac on[protected]. After 2 weeks, the indoor unit started leaking water. I registered a complain and was solved for the time being. Again after 2 -3 weeks it again started to leak water from the Indoor Unit. Again lodged a complaint, and a technician came and did something. The water dripping was stopped for a while. But after few hours it again started. again I lodged the complaint. But now am getting to hear that the "Service Centre" is of on that particular day so i have to wait for their mercy to get my problem resolved. Now my question is if LG is promising to resolve one's problem within 24 hrs max. then why this time an exception? And if they are not being able to resolve ones problem in the mentioned time, why are they making fake promises. I can not take another day off from my office just to wait for the service centre's mercy to get my problem resolved. I deserve an explanation from the company.
