Dear team,
Call was lodged on 13th july 2017 with call no. Rnp[protected] as there was no stock, call was closed stating that the call is for more than 5 days,. Again your service center lodged a second call with call no. Rnp[protected]. On 18th i have received from engineer (Ms service center, kandivali west) that the part has arrived and ready for replacement. I have requested saying to come on saturday (Ie. 22nd july 2017).
Today at around 2.36pm i call to understand that engineer was coming or not, i have spoken to the engineer who said he will be coming to replace the part and all of a sudden at 4:44pm i was gain updated that there is no part available.
I have also spoken with mr. Bhaskar wherein i was updated that the part which they have received is dead on arrival (Doa), but sorry to say that people are least bother to update the same to customer (Ms service center, kandivali west). If this is the scenario on services provided then there is a very big question mark on lg as an organisation. I am having a 42 inch led tv (Lg make) but the product is of no use to me.
I do not know if complaint from customer are taken seriously in lg as an organisation or not. This is a bad experience and it seems that i should never recommend lg product to any of my friend or relative.
Looking for valuable support from your end and do feel that the complaint will be taken seriously.
