I bought LG TV(receipt attached) from the LG Shoppe store on 2 October 2016. The salesman, Neeraj(contact # [protected]), promised 5% cashback on the amount after 3 months if I paid through HDFC credit card, which I did. There was no cashback after 3 months. When I contacted Neeraj, he mentioned that the issue will be resolved. I called him numerous times/interacted with him on WhatsApp but he kept on giving excuses. I never got cashback.
Then he shared contact number of his store manager(Harvinder, contact # [protected]). I also contacted him multiple times and requested to arrange the charge slip(which got generated when I made payment through HDFC credit card) but he kept on making excuses and eventually never got me the slip.
Having lost all hope and faith in the brand, I want to escalate this. It's hard to explain how much mental harrassment the store salesman & manager(Neeraj/Harvinder) have caught me over the last 4 months over this.
Still hoping to get a solution.
