LG Electronics — cheating in amc & service

Dear sir,
I am attaching herewith the amc copy for my split ac. For all other details you can see the amc copy attached.
Now lg national service is denying for free service and they are telling us that this amc copy is not valid.
It is already done from their auto. Service centre. Why i will not get?
