I had purchased one Bluetooth speaker, model: PH2R on 5th-10-2020. My product has some issues which comes under warranty. So, I issued a complaint and also went to service center. Over there the in-charge told me that your product can't be repaired but it will be replaced by dealer. I was waiting for 4 days and again talked to service center, they asked me to call the dealer and they are responsible for the replacement. So, I called the dealer and they denied to replace and asked me to go to the service center for replacement. So, no one is taking responsibility for this after my complaint to customer care also there is no outcome.. Here is my complaint details
Dear customer RNP[protected] is given to JMD SERVICE [protected].
Since no outcome was there, I had to email to the office of CEO on 8th-july and one complaint has been registered (RNP[protected] again and its been more than one month but no output was here. And i called many time to the LG authority, someday he was saying it's under process and sometime he was not picking my call.
And, again I wrote email to CEO office for complaint.
I have complained to the customer care twice and complained via writing email to CEO office thrice. And, its been more than one and half month of complaint to LG. Attaching the invoice and official complaint for reference. .
