Hello,
I bought my LG Nexus 5 in August 2014 and was very happy with the purchase until now when my phone has became a trouble for me to work with.
The phone in starting kept on switching off on it's own even though the battery was full. (The battery life of the phone is horrible though!)
For this, I was asked to clear my Cache memory and format my cell phone which i did and still the problem persisted.
The problem increased when the phone switched off permanently and would not turn on.
After giving it to the LG service Center for 3-4 days, they said that I had a problem in the motherboard and that they will provide me with a new motherboard of different model number.
After receiving back my phone, the phones touch has become horrible, I can't use it while charging and the software has degraded down to KITKAT version, while i was a LOLLIPOP user.
Its a big disgrace to know that a company like LG would not take care of the customer as I was aware that if any problem occurs, the company would change the handset if required.
I, now, want an immediate reaction to this mail and I want my handset to be changed as soon as possible or else I would be forced to file a complaint against the company in the consumer forum.
