[Resolved] LG Electronics — Complaint for harassment due to poor after sale service provided by the lg company | |||||
I would like to submit that I had purchased an LG LCD model number 42LE5500 from Juneja's circuit mall Pvt. Ltd. SCO 147-148 Sector:-8, CHANDIGARH vide invoice no:-31157 Dated:-28/9/2010 of Rs.76, 900/= Now above mentioned LCD got defected and complaint of the same is lodged by us on 5th January, 2016 at the LG call centre and for your information the complaint number is RNA[protected]. From the LG call Center the engineers visited to our place and after checking the LCD informed us that the motherboard of the LCD is defected and has to be replaced. As per the information I received from them through message on 6th January, 2016 on my mobile that the part has been ordered to LG. I am not satisfied with the after sale services provided by the LG company as even after regular follow up today I.e 9th January, 2016 I have come to know that LG company has discontinued the product and it is not available for replacement. I am being harassed from last one week and my LCD product is not working as the LG company is not providing any solution for the same. You are requested to provide us speedy remedy for the above mentioned problem otherwise we are left with no option but to start legal course of action against the LG company.
