Complaint No.RNA[protected], Dtd[protected] for LG split AC. My LG split AC is lying defunct since 28th Aug'2014. Official complaint lodged on 12/9/2014. After a few days a technician visited and told that the Power Control Board is to be replaced. Till date it has not been done and the local office not responding. The technicians seem to do the repairing job privately in the name of the company. The problem even escalated to the Lg Area Service Manager Mr.Naseem Ahmed but the problem not solved yet. I am very much disappointed with the approach of the LG company. They seem to be interested only selling new pieces only and do not bother to attend consumer complaints. It is already about 20 days that the complaint was lodged.
