Our washing machine was 11 month old still under warranty after the power issue we asked LG authorized service centre to attend the complaint after multiple visit they came out with logic that we have for the product repaired from 3rd party how on earth a sane person will repair his product from a 3rd party when its under warranty. When asked for service denial certificate they refused to share it.
