I had registered a complaint for my refrigerator on 19th aug 2017. Sevice engineer visited our apartment on 20th aug 2017 and said that the compressor is faulty and needs to be changed. It been almost 5 days now that i have heard from him now. Earlier atleast he used to pick my call and say that the particular compressor is not available and everytime a new timeline was given for replacement. But to my utter dismay and shock, same was not adhered to. This entire charade makes me think that company is supreme and customer is just a non entity in their hands. What i don't understand is that lag which has manufactured the product does not have the spare parts readily available. Are we following a just in time system here. Just in case if somebody is still customer service oriented in lg, pray that you look into this issue.
