HI,
I've been in contact with the LG customer service team, but they are not able to replace the compressor of my refrigerator, model no. GR-642BEPF.
Every time a service request is created for this issue, I am told that they have ordered the compressor and it will come soon. But yet this has not happened.Need assistance from higher level to solve this issue.
