Never had such a bad experience as its really unmanageable at my end and felt like cheated.
Product was suppose to be replaced by Monday-02nd Aug 2021- Its already 10 days after the initial complain- and not even a single person from LG called to update or let me know any sort of status. Service center is fooling around as after so many follow-ups, came to know that there is a problem with the stock and will take another 3 days for the product to be replaced. Anyways, I don't have any option except filing a case in consumer court for refund as I am done with the LG service and will never buy/refer any LG product. Last 10 years, i am using LG products. All the photos and videos have been already sent to concerned

If you would have been in my place, what would you have done. Company should have left you suffering.
