I bought a LG 55" 3D LED TV in March last year. In almost 1 year of the purchase, its display stopped working. Later the service centre informs that its display (worth Rs. 45, 000) needed a replacement.
When we asked for a replacement of the TV, we were informed that it is not in their policy. Instead, they try to sell us an extended warranty of Rs. 11, 000 on top of it.
I demand a replacement of the complete set and will not take back the defective piece after such major repairs. Was this information helpful? |
