My name is Vidyasagar, I have booked a 49 inch(49LB5510) TV and made the payment from your authorised dealer Sai Manikanta Agenices at Eluru(Andhra Pradesh).I have made the payment on 28-Feb-2015 and till now I have not received the TV.I have personally been to the store many times and I always get an answer the delivery/Installation will be today.
Frustrated by the delay and no-response over the telephone with the local dealer, I am approaching the customer care to resolve the issue ASAP.
