The LED TV at our house has issues in display and the reason being diagnosed as faulty motherboard. As per the commitment, part was to be replaced in a couple of days but till date, the issue is not resolved.
The complaint date was 13/07/2015 and the complaint number was RNA[protected]. There were several contact details provided stating the designation as regional heads, both are not picking the calls till date inspite of several tries.

Kasaragod service center is not providing proper answer. They come up with several statements like part is ordered, TV model is not existent anymore, part ordered was received as faulty, we will call you back in 10 mins with that 10 mins never coming.
Today, i got another complaint registered by number RNA[protected] and was promised that the issue will be attended within 24 hours.
I am absolutely clueless as to what is going on. I have not faced the issue with LG servicing in Bengaluru Karnataka makes me doubt that the issue is with Kasaragod, Kerala service center itself. Don't know but people may not be interested, may be incompetent or whatever other reason as to why the issue is not solved till date which the company should answer.
