[Resolved] LG Electronics — Double door freeze/faulted, tired but not resolved | |||||
I have purchased lg 282sgsr freeze on 6.7.2016. Till that date my freeze not working proper;y.. I have complaint many times but engineer came and closed my complains by fake reason. Mr dinesh patel who is head of service cnete at ahmedabad is not resonding and diverting my complain to avoid service. Compressure once changed by compny but than also preoduct not working. I have paid 20300 rupee but in few montth i m tired and fristaet by lg product. I want my product repalace anyhow,... Customer care and seervice centre representtive making lie promese and not doing... Anything what should i do Was this information helpful? | |||||
