We have registered a complaint since 2 weeks and still not rectified. More over the technician came and damaged our motor of AC . They initially told PCB complaint and when they came and place it, power got cut and smoke was coming from AC. Later told motor got burnt out has to replace it. I told all these to the customer care as well as the Authorised service centre. They are ignoring my complaint and not doing anything. It’s only 2 years we bought this AC and it is very hot here.Kindly help us to rectify it. Sorry to say that very disappointed from the attitude of the servicing centre, In our house all our products are LG but never faced such issues till now .Service centre is Bhushan Electronics, Mumbai
