I have already given a complaint 1yr back but no action was taken against my refrigerator i have payed full hand cash to purchase a refrigerator of lg in lg showroom my fridge us not gud since from the day of purchase things kept in fridge is not fresh everything is destroyed even the materials of fridge us broken plz i need them to exchange my fridge plz help me out of this

I purchase AC from Secunderabad in 2017. Since noise level was high I contacted local LG manager (Mr venkat) and their agent Comfort cool (mr srikanth)They came, saw and promised to send mechanic to complete the job

(c)The cooling is poor
