[Resolved] LG Electronics — extremely unprofessional attitude towards customer service complaint

This is to inform you that this complaint was lodged on 29th June 2018 and has not been resolved yet. Mr. Bhupinder from service Centre was handling my request but neither he responds to any calls nor update anything.. I hv been following up since one week.. I am shocked to know that such reputed brand has such poor service. There is no Turn around time to the customer.. We have been a regular buyer from LG with almost all appliances from LG but I am extremely disappointed to know such a kind of careless attitude towards the customer.. Mr. Bhupinder has been harrassing the customer but his unprofessional nd ruthless attitude. Our LG washing machine got repair on[protected], We informed LG Service center in Nagercoil, they said that within afternoon we will be there for repair. But they havent reached. Again we call them, they said that we will try to come on tomorrow, Please take some remedial action as soon as possible.
