i've purchased LG freeze from your dealer, kaysons (INDIA), harayana, dated 22-may-2014 for Rs-21700/- after operation of just few days the freeze started giving technical problems and was not smooth functioning.having cooling and too much ice in upper section problem.
support person already changed thermostat but still same situation. Already complaints lots of time.
