[Resolved] LG Electronics — faulty refrigerator, two time lg has cancelled the technician visit with out any reason | |
I Received delivery of LG double door refrigerator on 13 October 2018, on 14 installation guy came and found some issue, and same was reported to LG center, as such tech engineer or tech person was supposed to come on other or next day as mentioned by them, but without informing me they have cancelled the tech visit and this has happened twice and it has been more than 4 days still waiting for some one to come and rectify the issue made lots of call to customer care, but they seem to be clueless. please help me out with the issue.
