I am Srinivas V, purchased LG Television with Model number- 42 LB 6500 in August 2014. We noticed there was fault in screen and lodged compliant number - RNA[protected]. Service Engineer checked and told fault in Screen and wanted to replace the screen. My concern is if there is fault in screen, TV needs to be replaced. I spoke to lead Kumeresh - [protected] and he says TV cannot be replaced as the warranty will be considered only for 1 month. In that case what is the meaning of one year warranty?
How can LG provide a fault piece to customer and now say that it cannot be replaced even though there is warranty. How can customer invest his value money on such faulty pieces?
I don't want to use a faulty piece and need replacement. Please take action immediately. In case of no response I will proceed with Consumer court.
