In December 2021, I want to decmental my Airconditioner therefore I called to LG customer care for removal of my AC. LG's engineer came he removed AC and packed by her self in packaging box.
In April 2022, I want to reinstall AC so I gain called in LG customer care. LG's engineer came and reinstalled AC but AC not working properly so, agin engineer came and told me that AC's gas was finished. I said how it possible?
Your company's engineer came and removed the product you came and reinstalled the product so how it possible?
I called in Customer care they not give me proper answer and just gave me another's number with excuses like this is installing branch this is not our concern contact to removal branch. Form 3 days they just give me an excuse and passing the ball like circle.
Mr.Viraj Vadodara, Gujarat 's branch manager also misbehave with me by talking rudely. I asked him for response and solution he said this is not our concern that company not giving us updates so you have to paid for product damage with very rudely voice.
This is not the way to talking with any customer. I can not tolerate this type of misbehave.
I want my product gas refill with the Mr. Viraj's apologies latter.
Otherwise I will file a case against your company and customer service in consumer court for fraudment and misbehave.
