I purchased fully automatic top loaded washing machine since 8 months before but due to some reasons i can't use it but now a days i think to use but i have misplaced the bill i call customer care for the demo of machine. Engineer reached for demo replied we can't help without bill. He is charging 500 rupees 4 the demo is this procedure is right or wrong...
