Hi,
I purchased LG AC from Flipkart model no PS-Q19RNZE delivered on 29th April 2022 and installed on 8th May 2022.
While installing the person never check for gas is up to date or it is leaking from somewhere or not, he just install and went.
And within a month AC started displaying error code CH38 on display. And also due to this error AC stopped working.
I call LG customer care and shared my problem with LG person. The person told that you have purchased it from Flipkart so Flipkart will resolved it. And if you want LG service you need to pay 3900INR.
I don't understand why I should pay for it company should service it free of cost and the product is under warranty. And also the product is only one month old after installation. It is a mistake of that person who came here to install he must check. Not my mistake.
I also have sumsung AC but that AC never gave me problem for refilling the gas.
I have only one question that how gas leaked so early, means that's the installation problem. If it would have become after six months I can understand but within a month after installation AC stopped working and displays error CH38.
Please resolve my above query. Facing very bad experience with LG AC. Very much unsatisfied by service.
