Dear service provider, Shock to see failure of our refrigerator after purchase of 13 months. Paid rs1600/- for refilling the gas. After 15 days again failure of refrigerator twice engineer came and said that we’ll take the refrigerator in our service centre. Further it would be free of cost service and will take care of your refrigerator. But you yourself can view the pathetic condition of refrigrator delivered by engineer july26, 2017. 1. Don’t know how to place shelves, wrong alignment done. 2. Entire front panel covered with full of scratches. 3. Few dents are also there. Share your mail id, i’ll send the reference images. And further more your team mate charged rs590/- from us, for doing services. As initially your engineer was saying that your service would be free of cost. Model no. I had preordered a Nexus 5X on Oct, 2015 bought on Amazon. Now, in July 2017, after months of struggle with heating and crash issues, my Nexus 5x got stuck in a bootloop. The phone cannot be booted at all, gets stuck in boot animation. I hope that LG covers my expenses for free as I'm not under warranty anymore.
