[Resolved] LG Electronics — Headsets | |||
I originally purchased the HBS 760 headset the end of 2015. I was having issues hearing out of the left ear so I sent it in for repair in May 2016. I received a replacement May 18, 2016 and Ironically I am having the same issues as I did when I sent in for a replacement (the left ear does not work). When I sent in the replacement, I was told that the warranty started over. Today, January 30, 2017; I am being told that the replacement only has a 90 day warranty. I think this is so inconsiderate. These headsets are not cheap but when they become defective, it's as if the company does not care about the issues the customers have. I know nothing last forever but at least stand behind your product. Every couple years, these headsets become discontinued and it's because you'll have received the same issues over and over again but fail to stand behind your product. This is such a same, yet your slogan is LG (Life's Good). Life must be good when people are being ripped off and nobody care's about the people that purchase your product so that your life can be good. Was this information helpful? | |||

Is there a private forum where I may share my mobile number at? I don't recall being given a complaint number when I called in or did the live chat session but I will have to check my records. I do on the other hand recall the name of the associate and the supervisor that I spoke with.
