LG Electronics — I am complaining about refrigerator

My refrigerator was not working since28th july.i've filed a complaint in customer care and they send a technician.but as per my opinion that technician couldn't understand the problem as he diagnosed the different problem then the other technician came on the day after. Since then they are not replying us and not sending the technician.we've called them frequently as we were facing so much problems because of the refrigerator. Things were stinking.we couldn't hold our breathe in the kitchen . We've been calling them since but there's no satisfacted answer came.

Dear Sir,
We had received your reply (attached) and being so surprised that you are writing in this letter that i am not allow your technician to check the product, it is totally wrong and falles statement, it is only falls & unacceptable EXCUSE, your two engineer are come at our house and already checked our product, your both engineer who visited at our house are the same person who change your LG AC to Hitachi AC, as we understand there are one or same person who provide services to LG & HITACHI both company in our area.
So Request you to make an inquiry for this fall statement, we also request you to send your Company roll engineer who will find the truth.
We also inform you that we have already received more than 100 calls about the same matter. We kill 5-10 minut to explain this matter to one person only .
We are becoming so annoyed due to your team.
you are writing that product is out of warranty but you should aware that we did paid services and you are responsible for your maintenance charges for 90 days altho our AC was not work a week in proper, we are forced to abolished your LG product (By Hitachi) not by choice, life of ac was may more than 10 year you can't say it is over, if your ac cant survive more than 7 year than you should inform the same at time of sales .
Hope you will understand our pain which is given by your team and provide us best of effort to resolve our issue ..
We also request you to stop your sales point at lucknow till you are able to make customer support .
