LG Electronics — I want to get the Product changed or Replaced

Hi Team,
I am an old customer with LG since 10 years almost.my mom bought a new fridge from LG as we trust the brand from mohanSingh Market From AB Electronics on 15Th May evening.Since then my experience is so bad with LG that this fridge is not able to evn Make ice in 24 Hours and its not cooling.I tried to get in touch with ur support staff BUT no response from your end.Model Number of the product is GL-D402JHSL.I want it to replaced as soon as possible with a brand new one.All because of you I am loosing my trust on LG.I bought it on the name of Saroj Mehta.And have even registered a complain on ur customer Service.
I hope u will cooperate and will not loose yours customers
