I’m constrained to express my disgust and resentment for the supply of a defective refrigerator by your company.
I bought a lg - gl-i372rpzy, refrigerator of 350 liters from sargam india electronic pvt ltd, r k puram, mohan singh market, and new delhi
On 8th april 2019. I’m sorry to say that the refrigerator didn't give me a satisfactory service for few months.
The main trouble started in the freezing section of the refrigerator. After an irritating service. I have register my complaints through lg toll free service, multiple times an engineer visit my place but they didn't fixed this issue properly, after 3rd visit of an engineer finally he told me that there was a problem with the gas which need to be re-filled, that make me surprised that its only 9 month ago, how gas leakage problem occurred in this refrigerator.
Unfortunately, he re-filled the gas and ensure me that the same problem will not occur in future. However after 3 month the same problem occurred again which is inconvenience. Then i follow the same procedure to register my complaint, now this time they told me that compressor is faulty `and they will charge us visiting fee as refrigerator seems out of warranty.
I told him that, i was register my first complain on feb month, 2020 and that time machine in warranty, your people ensure me that same problem will not come again.
This is totally unprofessional way to handle the complaints. I received the call from infinity service, and behavior of supervisor is very rude and irritating which is not bearable.
I think you will personable pay attention in the matter as soon as possible replace the defective refrigerator at the earliest. Needless to say that if needful is not done, i will be compelled to go to the consumer court.
