Sub. : question mark on quality of lg company Inspite of repeated reminders for already refilling gas and replacement of defective parts, lg refrigerator is not cooling, but no action has been taken till date. I am suffering mental agony and harrassment due to negligence and irresponsible in the service of lg company, a reputed brand, which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so, rectify the fault without any cost/charges immediate othewise i will compelled to forward this matter to legal department for vindication Of my right.
