LG Electronics — irresponsible lg technician & bad assistance for the customer

11 days gone and till now no technician turned up for wm installation. From day one continuously contacting the technician but he said one or the other excuses. Initially he said he is not the concerned person, latter he said he is not well and re-assigned to someone, another day he said its raining heavily etc. Finally today one guy came and installed it. But am really pissed off with these kind of irresponsible people and spoiling lg reputation, the assistance was pathetic.

Updated by Subhash Nottuntavita He had come for the installation but after 11 days, very pathethic service indeed.
Personally am not going to buy anymore LG product, my last 2 washing machine & refrigerator was LG. Now on I will have to re-think for other brands due to this poor service.
