Dear LG,
I am a customer of LG products. I thought LG is giving preference to product quality and customer satisfaction. I am working in a reputed central government organisation.
I have purchased LG 32LM6410 3D LED TV on September 2014 and now it got repaired, only power indication LED is blinking and no other response is available. I contacted LG service center “Best electronics” at Chengalpettu, Kancheepuram, Tamilnadu. I got the feedback as SMPS PCB and Microprocessor PCB are healthy and functional; a small board attached to LED panel is not working and due to which entire panel shall be replaced for the cost of Rs20000+ tax, since the PCB is not available separately. We try to solve the issue our self and found one small component on the same PCB is not functional and it is easily replaceable, it is looking like 3.5 V regulator.
It is very unethical that LG is not providing enough parts to the service centre. The problem is easily solved less than Rs 4000/-, if the PCB is available. So I am expecting necessary action from LG.
