Little over a month back my LG 55" LED TV did not come one.I raised a complaint online through your customer support site.Some one from Zentech Service contacted me and said they were the authorized service centre.They said my power circuit board was spoilt and that they would repair it.The charged me Rs 11500 for it.Overnight the same problem occurred and they took back the TV.They said they would put a new power circuit board.They would never give me a feedback on the progress and I had to make frequent calls to enquire about the status.Yesterday they told me everything was fine and said they would send me the TV at 8.30 pm.They did not.Today when I called them they said it cannot be repaired and that they would send back the TV by next Monday.Is this the way LG handles customers?An official LG service centre does not know what the problem is and how to repair it?I am very disappointed in LG as a brand if this is how service is handled.Please escalate this matter to the highest authority and let me know what I should do.
