[Resolved] LG Electronics — LED TV complaint not completed even after 16 days

Hello Sir
This is in reference to complaint number RNA[protected] which was registered on 17/10/2014 on your national helpline number. I would like to bring to your notice that my 42'' led tv(under warranty) has still not been rectified despite numerous claims of the engineer who has visited the premises twice with wrong component.
This is shocking on the part of LG, that a complaint that is supposed to be over within few days has not been properly handled and rectified even after 16 days of complaint registration and dozen of phone calls to customer care executive and engineer.
I would like to request LG to get the led tv fixed as soon as possible or provide us a new led tv as its still under warranty and was not supposed to malfunction so just after about 5 months o[censored]sage.
