Dear Sir, I have bought an LG LED TV in April/May-2013. It has stopped working a few days ago. I lodged a complaint (RNA[protected], accordingly your technician attended. They found that- LED PANEL GOT DAMAGED AND NEED TO REPLACE, cost approx Rs/-7500. How will you justify this? Is this the quality of your product? Is there nothing reliable? I have bought a TV in Rs/-12000, in less than 2 year how can you asked the customer to pay Rs/- 7500 for repairing? The main part of LED TV is the panel and if this got damaged in less than 2 years, LG should take the responsibility. Please arrange to replace my TV with a minimum compensation. Dear Sir,
With reference to the above massage I have given my contact details to LG Assist. They have arranged a conversation with the area sales manager.
I have got no positive response. The area sales manager replied, he cant do anything in this regard. He suggested to replace the LED panel with my own cost.
LG should replace the LED panel. 7500 investment in a TV is not possible, which was bought in 12000 less than 2 year.
