We have bought the LG OLED 65 inch OLED TV, All of sudden it stopped working, We contacted the LG service team & they checked & confirm that display module is faulty & need to be replaced. There is no physical damage to the TV.
We escalated the case to LF CEO help desk & after rigorous follow up after 15 days, they confirmed that we can replace the faulty display module @ 50 % cost .Display module is most component of OLED TV.
On enquiring from Branch service head of Surat Mr Vinay Sahu [protected] that my TV was used only for 1000hrs & why should i bear 50 % cost for replacement of faulty display module, he told that Display module can become faulty within 1000 hrs o[censored]sage also.
This clearly means that no QC was done for high end OLED tv and inferior product are supplied by LG to Indian Consumers.
My [Service Request No] RNP[protected] was abruptly closed by LG & TV is not working from last 25 days..
